After you reach out via the contact form, we will set up a time to chat about what you are looking for in a coordinator and a little about what you are planning. We will review my packages and talk about which one fits you the best. After we meet, I will send a custom proposal. To book, just sign the contract and pay the 25% deposit.

I’ll provide you my list of preferred vendors and a planning timeline to keep you on track. I am available to help with any questions during your planning.

As we get close to your date, I’ll send over a questionnaire for you to fill out with all your wedding day details. During our coordination meeting, will review your responses as well as your timeline, vendors, ceremony details, and decor plans.

On the big day, you get to sit back and enjoy the day while my team and I set up all your decor and coordinate with your vendors. I will keep the day flowing according to the timeline and handle any little fires that come up. At the end of the night, we will help pack up your decor to send home with a loved one. And that’s it - you are married!
