3 Month Coordination

Planning Timeline & Guides

I will provide a custom, monthly planning timeline to help you stay on track as you plan. You will also get access to assorted planning guides to help with specific parts of the planning process

Venue Planning

Together, we will do a Site Visit and walk through venue together to discuss floor plan, design elements, vendor needs. I will create create floor plans and diagrams for all wedding day spaces. I will review your final contract and BEO (Banquet Event Order) provided by your catering and/or venue to ensure everything is accurate. If you need assistance, I can help you purchase Event General Liability Insurance if required by your venue.

Wedding Day Timeline 

I will create a detailed timeline for your wedding day, based on your preferences, and share it with your other vendors. I will also create a simplified version created for you and the wedding party.

Vendor Management

You will have access to my preferred vendor recommendations. We will review your vendor contracts and list of services, to make sure it is accurate and we meet all contract provisions. I will distribute the Wedding Day Timeline to your vendors and venue, adjusting with their input when needed.

Prior to your wedding day, I will coordinate each vendor’s arrival time, venue load in, set up and tear down needs, etc. I will collect vendor insurance policies and deliver to venue, as needed.  

Decor Inventory

You may borrow anything from my decor inventory at no additional cost. This includes votives, table runners, frames, etc. 

Wedding Rehearsal Coordination

I will run an hour-long ceremony rehearsal with all members of the wedding party, any special guests apart of the ceremony, and the officiant prior to the wedding.

Day of Coordination

Myself and an assistant will be there on the day of the wedding and will oversee the setup and breakdown of the entire event space, including the set up of your personal decor items. We will manage all vendors and make sure the timeline is being followed. My goal is for you and your fiance to enjoy the evening along with your guests, taking care of any issues behind the scenes before you notice.
